Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Replacements: To be eligible for a replacement, you must raise a request on WhatsApp within 7 days of your item being delivered. Final Sale: Please note that custom-made or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for any return or replacement.
