Refund policy
At Vhalam, we craft premium groom accessories designed to elevate your wedding experience. Every piece is handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. While we are confident in our products, we also ensure a transparent and fair return policy for your peace of mind.
1. Instant Confidence Refund (Within 24 Hours)
We stand by our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident the moment your order arrives.
Prepaid Orders:
- Return request within 24 hours of delivery → Full refund to original payment method (Bank Transfer)
COD Orders:
- Return request within 24 hours → Full amount credited to Vhalam Store Wallet
2. Standard Returns (2 to 7 Days)
We provide a 7-day window to ensure your accessories perfectly match your occasion.
- Applicable for return requests made after 24 hours but within 7 days of delivery
- Refund will be issued as Store Credit in Vhalam Wallet
- No expiry on store credit
3. Return Shipping Charges
- A ₹200 per item reverse logistics fee will be applicable on all returns
- This amount will be deducted from the refund/store credit
Charges will be waived if:
- Product is received damaged or defective
- Incorrect item is delivered
In such cases, Vhalam will bear the full shipping cost.
4. Replacement Policy
We offer hassle-free replacements for size, color, or product issues.
- Replacement requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- No charges for reverse pickup or delivery of replacement
- Subject to product availability
- Replacement will only be processed if items meet return conditions
5. Condition of Returned Items
To maintain hygiene and premium quality standards, returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with tags and invoice intact
- Free from stains, perfume, or damage
Note for footwear (Juttis/Mojaris):
Please try only on a clean indoor surface to avoid sole damage.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare case that a product arrives damaged:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear unboxing video/photo proof
Vhalam will provide:
- Free replacement, or
- Full store credit / refund, as applicable
All logistics costs will be covered by Vhalam.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
- Delivered orders will fall under the return policy
