When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
- Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- Replacements: To be eligible for a replacement, you must raise a request on WhatsApp within 7 days of your item being delivered.
